With over seventeen years of experience, Tucker understands the current real estate investment market in Salt Lake City and the surrounding areas. Tucker has successfully facilitated the sale or purchase of over 6.5 million sq. ft. of office, retail, and industrial investment property with a transaction value of more than $1 billion. With an emphasis on building personal relationships, Tucker has built a vast network of industry colleagues, extending from real estate agents, attorneys, and lenders. With extensive experience in working with both institutional and private investors, Tucker brings a unique perspective and sophistication to CRE investing in Utah.

Tucker is a CCIM designee and a former President of the Utah Chapter of CCIM.  He currently serves on the Utah Chapter’s board along with being active in ULI, ICSC, and NAIOP. Tucker received a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Westminster College and a Masters in Real Estate Development (MRED) from the University of Utah.

Known as a thought leader in the industry, Tucker has participated as a NAIOP/CCIM symposium presenter, CCIM RealCon presenter, and lectured at the University of Utah school of business.  He currently teaches a course in the University of Utah’s MRED program.
